Honeycrisp Apples in Marquette
Farmer Q's - last week they were $4.99 for 1/2 peck - a (edit: top secret) good deal
Farmer Q's - this week they were $4.99 for 1/4 peck for really big apples - a good (consistent) deal
Super One - this week they are $1.27 per pound - we got a 1/2 peck size tote bag for $6 - a pretty good deal (for smaller apples).

We now have a drawer full of apples in the fridge.

Edit: I'm going to do a blind taste test on Bill to see if he can tell the difference.

Honeycrisp apples have always been the price of $4.99 1/4 peck. We have not sold them in 1/2 peck bags. SuperOne is advertising a 1/2 peck bag at $1.29 per pound. The difference in price is about 14 cents per pound. Farmer Q's pricing will be the same all season where SuperOne is running a promotional ad. Farmer Q's is typically 20-30% less the SuperOne on produce pricing. Please make sure you are comparing apples to apples and not apples to oranges. Farmer Q
