Hot Black Bean Dip
1 small onion – chopped
2 garlic cloves – minced
1 tsp. canola oil
2 cans (15 ounce) black beans rinsed, drained
2 small Roma tomatoes diced
1/3 c. picante sauce
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ c. cheese – Mexican
¼ c. cilantro chopped
1 T. lime juice
