Skiing!
We skied today --10 miles with our back country skis. It was very warm out--38 degrees. I wore no gloves, no hat, and just a capilene and fleece vest, and ski pants and was very warm. It was great to be outside in the fresh air--it really felt like spring!
We started at the Britton Peak trailhead and skied out and around the Homestead and Hogback loops. There were nice long hills that weren't too scary because the snow was so warm and slow. We're expecting 1-3 inches of snow tonight and colder weather tomorrow. Skiing should improve.
