The plows hadn't been down our street over night so we thought it was only going to be a couple of inches -- not needing a snowblower.  We were out and ready to shovel before 8:00 and realized it would be our first chance using the snowblower!  8 inches of snow this morning. Really the first snow of the year.  The blower started right up --first pull.  We rigged the snow shooter turner piece with a nail because as soon as we started the blower the turner piece came unhooked.  We're still working on a system for clearing the driveway and sidewalks. Driveway first then sidewalks.
