We made it through January!  Here's the three layer yellow cake with butter cream frosting and toasted coconut.

Jon just made valentine sprinkle layer cake with chocolate filling and pin frosting with red, white and pink sparkles. Must be cake season.

And I am making two cakes-one for the family carnival Friday night-a triple layer funfetti with white frosting and funfetti sprinkles! The other cake is the 100 Day Cake for Monday or Tuesday, depending on the snow day predicted for tomorrow. It is cake time!
