This might have been the opposite of working in an air-conditioned office. I hauled my sewing machine outside on the weekend and finished this quilt/picnic blanket/sheet that I started over a year ago. It is large enough to stretch completely out and soft enough for two people to take a nice nap on.The progress:

Wow, this is great. Nice idea sewing outside. Did you get some interesting stares from the road?
Not too bad; I had some sheets on the clothesline so they were blocking me a bit.
